Jenna and her team were awesome when our Airbnb guests smashed through our glass sliding door. They quoted over the Phone and sent a quote within the hour so I could get approval through Airbnb insurance. They came within a few days and Replaced the glass. I would like to thank the wonderful team at Haines Glass for the quick response to an emergency after hours call. They attended my home promptly and replaced my bedroom window, they were in and out in no time and were not over priced. Levi the owner was the person who came out he was extremely friendly and curtious considering It was a rainy windy night and freezing cold and this was no issue for him, he attended my home within half an hour of me speaking to his wife Jenna, also extremely curtious and friendly and keen to help on the phone so I highly recommend Haines Glass to everyone.

We had a reasonably small job when our bedroom window was broken by a stone from the lawnmower. Haines sent out a guy named Arne who completed the job in really quick time. He was on time, had the right gear and was in and out without any fuss. He did a great job and we would recommend Haines Glass and in particular Arne to anyone.

We approached Haines glass to help us restore a glassed topped coffee table that was accidentally broken during a house move. This table had alot of sentimental value and belonged to a deceased relative. We needed a replacement glass panel that was an unusual size shape and colour. They did an amazing job and matched the broken glass panel perfectly at a great price. Can't recommend them highly enough.

One of the nicest people with an excellent sense of humor...I can not speak highly of Phil and Fay from Haines Glass at Dapto. Not once, not twice but three times I wanted a small piece of glass cut...and without any hesitation they helped me out and charged me next to nothing. Once even he refused to take whatever little he charged for the glass. I had never known or met them before and all three visits they were very pleasant. God bless you.
Broke a mates window when I was at a party. Rang Haines glass and the next day they where there bright and early and fixed it within 30 mins. Friendly ppl great service I would recommend them to everyone
So i cracked one of the pieces in the front window, wont mention how 🤦♂️ and they came out within 24hrs and had it all fixed up in no time. Not the easiest piece to replace but did a bloody great job.
